  • Does not sell, share, or disclose any information about the client either past or present, to ant third parities for solicitation purposes.
  • Does not sell, share, or disclose any information about the client other than the minimum required information, as provided by law, for any purpose other than the acquisition of mortgage financing as requested by the client expressed in the application of said financing.
